Can you recommend a book on Catholicism for a Jew?

My son’s girlfriend is Jewish and expressed an interest in Catholicism. She would like to read about our Catholic faith. Can you recommend a book for her? Our beginnings, why we believe what we believe, and differences between Catholicism and Judaism.
 
For a brief overview, I recommend Catholic Answers’ booklet Pillar of Fire, Pillar of Truth. If she wants to learn more, I recommend Catholicism for Dummies by Frs. John Trigilio and Kenneth Brighenti. For an exploration of the differences between Catholicism and Judaism, you might try to find a copy of A Catholic Jewish Encounter by Fr. Peter Stravinskas and Rabbi Leon Klenicki. It’s out of print now, but it may be available through used book sources or interlibrary loan.
