Can you sin even if you don't realize your sinning?

Well hello there!
I’m just confused wether a person can commit any types of sin(mortal or venial) when he doesn’t even realize that he is sinning.

Situation: A person commits the act without realizing or thinking about it first then a few moments later who realizes what he committed. And feels sorry for it

As I understand sin, sin has an objective component, and a second component generally falling under the concept of Culpability.
The first question depends on whether what you did satisfies an objective analysis of the elements of the sin( prohibited conduct)
The second test is just as important. If you sin with the intent to willfully defy God or his law, or his authority this is your worse type of sin.
At the opposite end of the spectrum is total immaculate ignorance.
I tend to look at such things legalistically to understand them and here the concepts are very much like Actus Reus and Mens Rea from criminal law. ( Saint Augustine invented the concept of Mens Rea ).
Sin is primarily a marker , in terms of conduct that both defiant of God’s will and harmful to us, neighbors and the world. It isn’t some accounting device for salvation. Point being, if you don’t avoid harm, or know you are defying God’s will, it hasn’t much independant value. Sometimes we get caught up in some notion that this is all a gauntlet with gotchas. We forget the point. God acts out of love towards us.
 
And I also forgot to ask can a person be culpable of a sin like for example

Person a: confesses his sins to a priest and that particular sin involves pornography.
: He checks his phone to delete all the pornographic sites and tabs
: He sees pornographic images and the like. His purpose was not to offend God and His Law but simply to delete all the pornographic sites and move on.

Is he still guilty of committing pornography because he saw pornographic images?
