I’ve been told before that Christians misunderstood the Old Testament referring to a birth of a child, I’m not sure what exact verse, but I was told that it’s really about the birth of a boy who will be king. The person told me that Christians believe it’s a prophecy about Jesus’ birth, but it’s not. Any clue what this is referring to?

Also I’ve heard bethuleh (spelling might be wrong) doesn’t mean virgin.
