Just wondering can you ask your guardian angel to pass a message to God. Like say you struggle with a certain sin? Or talk to them what you been finding diffcult in your life?
Or is that not good thing?

Hi Zandy’ Yes you can talk to your Guardian Angel. When I was first told I had a very special angel who would be with me all my life, I would talk to him…would ask them to guard me when I was afraid.or when I needed them to guide me…and yes to intercede for me. Yes, I would talk aloud sometime, but only when I was alone. God bless you and may your angel reveal their presence to you by your continued prayer, May the New Year bring you peace, love and joy,

First pray to God. Build that relationship with The Holy Trinity. The only way to build that prayer life is to pray often.

Second, if you are struggling with a particular sin, go to confession regularly (once a month) to the same priest.

Third, ABSOLUTELY talk to your guardian angel! They are here to protect us. Talk to them DAILY! They are with us always. Petition them to pray to God for you, but you must do the first two things also.

Sometimes at night when I’m alone, but usually not out loud.

Absolutely your guardian angel is always there for you to protect you.

Try and incorporate a prayer each day in thanks to your guardian angel

You can talk to your guardian angel mentally or verbally.

It is extremely easy to consciously forget that there is an angel present with us at all times, including when we are behaving poorly. It is good to build a relationship with your angel and this only happens with prayer.

‘The Church is convinced that God has entrusted to the angels a ministry in favor of people. Therefore, the Church confesses her faith in the guardian angels, venerating them with appropriate feasts and recommending recourse to their protection by frequent prayer.’ - Pope John Paul II

A beautiful poem was written by St John Henry Newman. Forgive me, I’ve posted it before, but I do love it. This is part of the poem, where the guardian angel speaks:

Do you talk to yours like outloud as if some is their with you?/
Yes out loud with the partial indulgence prayer, Angele Dei:
Angel of God, my guardian dear, to whom his love entrusts me here, enlighten and guard, rule and guide me. Amen.

Always ask for intercession … never expect my Guardian Angel to answer my prayers.

It’s a good idea to foster a devotion to your guardian angel. You can ask him to do things for you like help you remember to pray or improve your prayers. He is always praying on your behalf. Pretty much anything that will help you get closer to God is worth asking. Don’t forget to thank him every day for all he does for you too.

The sole purpose of the angels Is to carry out the will of God. They take great pleasure and delight in doing so. If God wills that we be saved, do battle with Satan and his armies in this world so we can return Victoriously to him in Heaven then the angels will do everything in their power to help us.

I pray to my guardian angel every morning and night (I try to at least). We shouldn’t underestimate the angels and their power. Webhave supernatural loved ones among us - the angels and they have powers beyond what we can conceive in our limited minds. It’s comforting to think that we have a heavenly protector assigned to us by the Father from the moment of our conception and -if we invoke them and always pray for their guidance and protection- will help us in the hour of death and guide us to our judgement

Are guardian angels able to exercise their power unilaterally according to their will (for example help you find your lost wallet) or are they subject to God’s will? If God has the final decision they I wonder what purpose is there to praying to a guardian angel since they can only act with God’s OK. In that case praying to a guardian angel is superfluous compared to praying to God directly. Am I missing something?
Angels’do have an intellect and a will but this would be determined by the great test that was given to them after they were created. They could choose to love and serve God and be guardians and messengers of Heaven or rebel and server themselves I.E Lucifer and his followers. I think after that great test their will was fixated eternally on adoring, loving and serving God and carrying out his will. God’s will is solely on the salvation and redemption of his creation.

The Creator Himself is so powerful and glorious that He cannot be approached in person by human beings. He alone "hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto: whom no man hath seen, nor can see (1 Timothy 6:16). Angels do not have man’s shortcomings, and can therefore act for God and represent Him when communicating with men and women. They bridge the huge gap between the holiness and perfection of God in heaven and the shortcomings of dying people on this planet. Angels were made immortal (that is, never to die). Their eternal quality was spoken of by Jesus when he said:

“They which shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage: neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God. being the children of the resurrection.” (Luke 20:35.36)

Jesus was saying that, in the same way as the angels (the children or “sons” of God) live for ever and are of one gender, so those who will be called the “sons” and “daughters” of God when Jesus returns will also live for ever and will not marry.

if you have an hour I suggest listening to this

Maybe listen to it on a day where youre cleaning your house or going for some driving. Very insightful and just might help answer your question and more

Many saints have over the years! Now demanding a reply or anything like that is a problem. They are always acting in the will of God, so there is never a worry about if they are working for your benefit. They are.
