if You have done a mortal sin without knowing you did it (for example if you think you didn’t give full consent to something but God disagrees and thinks you did) but you don’t confess anything because you don’t think you sinned mortally do you go to hell?

if You have done a mortal sin without knowing you did it
That is a contradiction of terms.

What you are really asking, it seems, is “Can you lie to yourself?”

And that answer to that (without reference to “God thinking”) is, yes you can lie to yourself.

Then the next question is “Are you aware you are lying to yourself?”

And the answer to that is, unless you area pathological liar, yes, most certainly.

We all can exhibit a good deal of “mind chatter”, and if we take a moment to be self honest, we will admit it is mind chatter, simply playing solipsistic games with ourselves.

If someone has not reached the level of maturity to be honest with oneself, then one needs to speak with a priest or a counselor to come to terms with self-dishonesty. a=All of which is another way of saying, “it is time to buck up, buttercup”.

Hell is wide open for those who lie, particularly to themselves. And trusting yourself has nothing to do with it. Truth telling does.

Thanks nut I was more sort of talking about if you think you’ve not given full consent but God knows you have, and you don’t confess as you don’t believe you sinned mortally, are you then probably destined for Hell?

First of all, you can’t somehow commit a mortal sin without knowing you did it.
In order for a sin to be mortal, you have to have committed it with knowledge that it was a grave sin and the intent to do it. You don’t just mortally sin by accident or without knowing.

Second of all, when we go to confession we confess ALL of our sins, we don’t just cherry pick out the ones we think are “mortal”. You make a list of your sins and confess them, starting with the sin you think is most serious. Nobody goes into confession and holds back a sin thinking "oh this one is not mortal, I won’t mention it. " If the priest cuts us off before we get all of the sins mentioned, then that’s on him.

Yes, Sin is mortal but if your sin was happen by mistakely during save the life of other. At that case god always offer you alternate way to overcome you sin.

You don’t have to confess venial sins but it’s reccomend. But even so, how can you know if you’re giving full consent?

Michael, you have been advised repeatedly not to post these questions here due to your scrupulosity. Seek the help of your priest.

There is no one else to trust but yourself and God. Only you and God know your thought process. When you make a contrite confession, even if your contrition is imperfect, ALL of your sins are absolved when the priest says those words.

You need to trust in God that he designed this sacrament just for us knowing exactly how weak and fallen we are.

Trust in the mercy of God.
