For more than a decade now many Canadian Catholics have largely suspected the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops were using Lenten Collection Folders and other monies collected during Lent for Birth Control procedures with monies funneled into third world countries. What was once regarded as false speculation and hearsay by Canadian Bishops has finally come to light.
