A Canadian priest is facing accusations of harassment, verbal abuse, and bullying after referring to his staff of hospital chaplains as a “kindergarten.” Father Gerry Ward, a priest of the Archdiocese of Winnipeg and head chaplain of St. Boniface General Hospital, allegedly called a nuclear medicine doctor “the lady who glows in the dark” and permitted a nun to be called “Attila the Nun.”

Name-calling not abuse, priest tells arbitration hearing

He is accused of harassment, verbal abuse and bullying by three of his employees — a Catholic nun, a priest and a non-denominational minister.

Do we not have enough problems that we must start attacking ourselves? I am not defending the priests behavior, but there must be a better was to deal with this than going to court.
