Heavenly Father, I praise you and I thank you
that you are beckoning the Church in Canada
to the awareness that the Poor NEEDS our
attention(TLC) and to hear that you desire their
DIGNITY in life! Let us, who know better PRAY
for those on Welfare and Disability, that God
will ACT on their behalf, His hand is not so
short and His ears are not so dull that He is
OBLIVIOUS to their plight! But we have sinned,
our sins have put a barrier between ourselves and
You, our iniquities have hidden your face, so that you
so not hear our prayers! We have spoken lies and
uttered wickedness concerning our situations in order
to get financial help, we have given birth to derision
and concieved iniquity! Have MERCY on us, we pray
and BREAK THRU our complacency and show us that
even our ATTITUDE towards Gov’t asssistance is
NOTICED by our caring Creator!

Remember, O gracious Virgin Mary,
that never has it been known that anyone
who has fod to you for protection, implored your help
or sought your intercession was left unaided,
inspired by this confindence, we fly to you O Virgin
of virgins, our Mother. To you we come, before you
we stand, sinful(Poor, wretched, pitiful poor blind and
naked letter to the Laeodicians in the book of Revelations) and sorrowful,
O Mother of the Word Incarnate(made in Mary’s image)
despise not our petitions, but in your mercy, hear and
answer us! Amen.
