Cancer has spread-please pray

Dear friends in Christ,

I have just gotten the results of my lymph node biopsy. Much to my disappointment the results indicated that there is tumor in the lymph. I am not 100% sure about what the plan of action will be at this point but I ask you to please pray that I will get through this and that my health will be restored.

Father, we beg of you to remove all trace
of cancer from Heather’s body. Guide her
physicians and medical care providers to
give her the utmost in medical treatments.
Hold her up and give her strength, comfort
and peace. We ask all of this in the name of
Jesus Christ!

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

May our Blessed Mother hold you and keep you during these trying times. May our merciful and loving Father heal you completely. Amen.
 
O great St. Peregrine, you have been called “The Mighty,” “The Wonder-Worker,” because of the numerous miracles which you have obtained from God for those who have had recourse to you. For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace when the power of man could do no more. You were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of the sick whom we entrust to you. Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall sing to God, now and for all eternity, a song of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy.

Keep your head up and your faith strong! I too am dealing with cancer and understand how you feel. Know that you are not alone.
 
I’m sorry to hear that Heather. Please God your doctor has a good plan for how to deal with this.
I’ll continue to pray for you also, for your healing, but also so that you can remain hopeful. I’ve sat in front of this post for some minutes, wishing I knew how to help, and how to comfort you. But I know it is God who can, not me

I ask Jesus who loves you and me as sisters, to help you, to aid your treatment and healing, to stay very close to you, to bring you closer into His heart, and to hug you for me. Trishie
