Car Repairs

Thanks everyone for your prayers! I have an honest mechanic that I trust who has the car now. He has had all my business for years. I am still waiting for some info from him on the cost. I have a co worker who has a minivan that he wants to get rid of that I am considering buying. It is cheap enough I could pay cash. Considering it for a backup. I won’t do anything until I know what I have to pay for the repairs.

Again I want thank everyone for their prayers.

Prayer for the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Your Nativity, O Virgin Mother of God, was the herald of joy to the whole world; since from you arose the Sun of Justice, Christ our God, who, destroying the curse, bestowed the blessing, and confounding death, rewarded us with life everlasting.

V. Let us celebrate with joy the birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
R. That she may intercede for us with Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Let us pray:
Grant to us your servants, we beseech you, O Lord, the gift of Your heavenly grace, that as our salvation was begun in the child-bearing of the Blessed Virgin, so from this solemn festival of her Nativity may we obtain an increase of peace. Through Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Thanks everyone for your prayers. I should get my wife’s car back tomorrow. The bad news my cars is gooding to needs some work soon. Please keep in your prayers for a little while longer. We have been blessed and I should have enough money to cover the repairs. I am thankful for this. It’s going to eat into our savings a little.

I have my wife’s van back now. The repair, although never cheap, was not an account busters. The mechanic now has my vehicle and I should hear from him soon about what needs to be done and cost. I am thankful to have an honest mechanic I can trust. Please keep these guys in your prayers too. There is light at the end of the tunnel and hopefully this stress should end soon! I am trying to be patient and keep a good attitude.

in good shape, but Ultimately God
is the transporter of your family to
and from school, work and leisure!

Our Father, who is in heaven,

we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,

Thanks everyone for your prayers. Both cars are up and running now and the expense was now outrageous. We are blessed.

They are both older cars so who knows how long they will last, but my immediate needs are satisfied.
