As our nation faces two crises, COVID-19 and police brutality toward people of color, Cardi B (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jb-To…) gets real via Zoom with the man who could be our next president: Joe Biden.
While I didn’t find the interview particularly interesting, since I’ve seen frequent questions about Joe’s alleged lack of appearances I thought I would share.

She says, in this order, she wants:
Free Medicare
Free college
And black people not to be killed.

Aside from the fact that there is no such thing as free healthcare and free college,
I found the prioritization interesting.

I believe the primary complaint with the comments from the Billy Bush hot-microphone had to deal with ignoring someone’s autonomy and engaging in violations that, as describe, could constitute sexual assault.

CardiB and Megan Thee Staliin’s song is sexual, but I don’t recall either of them stating or implying that they were violating someone’s autonomy.

I was a bit amused to hear of someone accidentally hearing the song. It may have been from someone playing it in their car near by. But the reaction still made me giggle a little bit.

What, you don’t think Cardi B is one of the deep philosophical thinkers of our time?

I doubt Joe Biden even knew who she was before they decided to chat.
 
I tried watching this interview, but had to give up after a few minutes. For one,
I could hardly understand her and, second, it was sad to see Joe Biden being interviewed by Cardi B. How many times did it have to be edited? How could he understand her if I had a hard time understanding her. Her fingernails were very
distracting.

Is she supposed to help the African American vote?

This had to be a low point in modern politics, but I guess they are trying to make
Joe look “cool”. Gag!!
