For those who are unfamiliar, Cardinal Arinze has his own podcasts, which are brought to us through Family Land Europe. They also now have a video online of a recent interview with Cardinal Arinze (scroll down).

If you watch it, come back to comment, otherwise this thread will fall to the bottom and many will miss it. Your comments will keep the thread bumped.

I watched this video and it was a very good one. About 20 minutes. From that website…

Francis Cardinal Arinze, as Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, oversees all that concerns the preparation and celebration of the Eucharist and the other Sacraments, making him one of the most authoritative speakers on the Eucharist and the liturgy. Cardinal Arinze will help you deepen your love for and understanding of this central mystery of our Catholic Faith as he explains section by section various Church documents on the Eucharist and the Liturgy. Cardinal Arinze receives no remuneration for his time and services in producing these exclusive programs with the Apostolate for Family Consecration. These are all done out of his love for God and families.

Great interview. Cardinal Arinze does speak very eloquently and is very easy to understand. I enjoyed the link immensely

I’ve actually listened to it a couple of times.

Cardinal Arinze is coming to Detroit on September 30 and I can’t wait to hear hiim speak!!! The deadline for registration for anyone within driving distance is September 15. It is steep at $75.00, but a rare opportunity, indeed. Cardinal Arinze is so full of quotable quotes!!!

God Bless,

Diane

Cardinal Arinze is a very Traditional Cadinal. He is just like Cardinal Ratzinger… I really like what he said about the priestly “dress code”… I think priests must really wear their proper “uniform” when going out into the public. Most priests now especially in my country wears shirts and pants when going out in public.
