Cardinal Newman question

I am typing something for a client, and they refer to Newman (Cardinal John Henry) listing half a dozen or a dozen problems with Christianity. I am trying to locate the source of this. Does anybody have this info?

it sounds like (from my document) that he was talking about these problems before he became a Catholic… not after…
