You might try a College or University. Job service might have one as well, if they don’t they might be able to direct you to one. I guess part of it depends on how big the town you live in is.
 
Go to your State Employment Office…you know, where you file to receive unemployment insurance payments. Not only are they an employment agency of sorts, they have guidance counselors coming out of their ears. And, since it is supported by the taxes you and your parents pay, the service is free! Beware of Guidance Counsellors who charge a fee. Unfortunately, most of these are phonies and con men.

I live in Pakistan, and I doubt that they provide such services for the locals, if there will be they wont be any good,since its a third world country

Arent there any Online career counselors who charge for free?
