What I meant is this: if you look at the next woman you see differently as a result of having viewed those cartoons, or even if you failed to take an opportunity to rehabilitate how you habitually see her, then you have perverted how you see the image and likeness of God.

To be honest, I’m not sure about other anime fan boys you’ve met but I myself actually feel a lot less attracted to a real girl’s physical features from watching anime girls. I’m not saying that’s a good thing though… but my point is no matter how many sexy cheerleaders you’ll have walk past me, you’re not gonna get my attention. (In fact many guys make fun of me because of this and even accuse me of being gay. )

And truly, I’ll tell you: a woman who walks into a room and sees a guy watching stuff like that…that is a message to her about her function and value. It is not affirming in any positive way, let’s put it that way. Seeing that it is “only a cartoon” isn’t terribly consoling. We’re not stupid

A) What makes you think you’re going to get a girlfriend, if real women are less attractive because you watch that stuff? The idea in seeing women properly is not to turn off your lust because their physical features are no longer good enough for you, but to turn off your lust because the women are too good to have their real attractiveness made more important than their immense dignity as human beings.

B) Don’t be too sure that your entrenched bad habits will be so easily defeated. Habits, good and bad, make activities part of your being. Make only habits you want to keep.

Well I don’t mean ‘attracted’ to that point. I was just merely saying that because I’ve seen cute anime girls, I’ve become more immune to getting attracted to real girls merely based on appearance, meaning I don’t fall head over heels just because someone looks hot.

I have actually developed a few crushes in my past and all of them had something other than the fact that they were pretty.

if i may interrupt. cartoon prn is all most worse than the real thing.bc the artist’s imagination is not hindered by reality.on the other hand it is more honest that human pr bc it is purely fantasy.and that is what pr is a fantasy,it is surreal.so imo 3d,hentia,cartoon and human pr are equal in evilness. lostwander why do you even look at the cartoon stuff anyhow,ask yourself what is your intent in looking at it. you don’t seem to like human pr so why would you like cartoon stuff. it is jsut a trap looking innocent until too late you are pinned till God sees fit to let you loose and if you do find yourself in this spot don’t give up keep pleading to be released.and He will.He has done it for me with the real stuff.

Well actually, that sorta depends on how grounded you are in telling fantasy from reality. Now I’ve talked about this sort of thing in my circle of fellow anime fans and we have in fact heard of some people who’ve become… um, let’s just say ‘uncivilized’ because of watching too much hentai. However, when we looked at statistics, we discovered that only a small percentage of anime fans are likely to do this because those that have tend to have psychological problems.

However, I know what you mean. Some hentai can be really bizarre and disturbing and I don’t like them either.
