Catechesis in audio format

Hi,

Can anyone recommend an audio CD set that is aimed at someone learning about Catholicism with the view to joining at Easter next year?

My husband is having trouble reading the concise catechism given to him by the priest - he’s not much of a reader. It would speed things up a lot if we could get hold of some good instruction on CD that he could listen to in the car on the way to work.

Not on CD, but you can download them (legally) and put them on one. 😃 Father John Riccardo has a number of great talks. There is an RCIA for Catholics series that I listened to when I was coming into the Church. There is Catholicism for Cradle Catholics that is a bit newer, but I imagine they are quite good as well.
 
the US Catholic Catechism for Adults is also available on audio CD, although it is not cheap, the way it is recorded with different voices, music and prayer interludes, makes it easy to listen to. from usccb.org.

I just discoverd Fr. Riccardo about 6 weeks ago. Holy straight arrow, Batman!

You know if you had about 500 Fr. Robert Barrons and Fr. Larry RIchards and Fr. John Riccardos and Fr. Benedict Groeschels (you might only need one of Fr. B) and throw in a soon to be Cardinal Dolan here and there, you could retake the Catholic high ground, you really could.
 
the knights of columbus luke e hart series is quite good and free to listen to online
