No. The paragraph numbers. Every paragraph, or short sequence of paragraphs, is numbered. Look through the book and you will see what I mean. When the Catechism is cited, it is always with these numbers, and never with page numbers.
 
What they’re trying to show you is that there are four parts to the Catechism, and that each week, you’re getting some of each part. As @Jbrady pointed out, the references are paragraph numbers.
 
The numbers in the 2nd to 8th columns (First-Seventh Day) are the numbers of the paragraphs in the Catechism. As others have said whenever the Catechism is cited it is a paragraph number that is referred. For example, if someone was talking about man being made in the image of God (Catechism #1701) they would be referring to paragraph 1701 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
