Calling out to all Catechists, Religion Teachers, and Home Schoolers:

My parish is about to begin their 2nd year with Sunday school. I have yet to find any websites where I could buy some basic “teacher” things that are Catholic.

Specifically, I would like a Liturgical calendar (maybe circle shaped) to teach about the year and some kind of pin-up reward system for the memorization of prayers. I remember when I was in school some sort of page where we would get a sticker for every item memorized (it was math, not religion).

Most of these kids have no faith formation at home and this is all they’ll have, so I want to immerse them in all things Catholic and not just use secular stickers and such.

If anyone has some ideas for how to make these things myself and/or websites, I’d really, really appreciate it!

For little give away items and miscellaneous stuff and crafts that are Catholic:

For Christian sitckers and small give aways and crafts, not necessarily Catholic but still useable:

Wow! Thank you so much…that liturgical calendar is exactly what I was picturing and the other sites look good, too!

If anyone else has suggestions, I’d appreciate them, but 1ke may have covered it!

Craft ideas would be nice too!

Not sure about the calendar and such, but if you have a teacher store near you, head there. Most of them that I’ve been in have a small section for religious teaching - mostly stickers (crosses, doves, maybe praying hands stickers, etc), sometimes cards/bookmarks with Bible verses, The 10 Commandments, etc. on them, and maybe a few other scattered things here/there. Usually diverse within the section in that they will have dreidel stickers, other things for Hanukah, etc. If you are really lucky, especially if you are teaching the younger grades, you might stumble across a Bible stories activity book that you can make copy of the pages for the kids (word puzzles, coloring pages, etc) for stories like Noah’s Ark & the like.
