Hey has anyone here heard of or been active in a group called catholic alumni club. I saw it posted in our church bulletin. The requirements to join sound good (must be college educated and able to marry in the church) but wasn’t sure if it was on the up and up and figured my good friends here at CAF could help me out.

I would post their requirements but my work blocks any site that even references dating groups.

Isn’t Alumni when you successfully completed something and graduate???

IMHO Catholic Alumni Club = Heaven 😃

Yes, it’s on the “up and up.” They get together and do social activities where you can meet other like-minded Catholics. I would give it a try; I was going to try mine before I was married, but the nearest chapter was 70+ miles away and most of their activities were on weeknights.

There’s a new chapter springing up in the Diocese of Buffalo this year for 21-39 year olds.

There’s currently another Buffalo branch of it, but it’s member are between 65 and 85. CACI and the Buffalo, NY CAC are looking to get a ‘young professionals’ branch started here.

We don’t have a website yet (we’ve really only started forming within the past couple weeks), but if you’re in the area and interested, you can always PM or e-mail me. :^)
