Catholic audio bible?

Does anyone know of a good resource for a Catholic audio bible? Ideally one including commentary as well.

I have found a few but not Catholic specifically. I’ve also found one Catholic audio of the new testament only. Anyone know of a full audio bible version?

How about the Truth and Life audio bible, which has the endorsement of the Vatican?

Also, the New Testament of the Douay Bible is available at Librivox. They also have six of the seven Catholic books in the same version. They haven’t recorded Sirach yet.

Another option, btw, is to get a digital text version and have a text-to-speech app read it to you. If you go that route, I recommend the free Amy voice from Ivona. Here’s how that voice sounds.

I have heard of the Truth and Life audio of the gospel which I am interested in.

I was hoping for something like that but for the entire Bible- I had not thought about checking into Librivox or the text-to-speech route for a digital text version; that’s a great idea.

Ideally I could find something that not only had the scripture itself but also commentary on it. Sometimes it’s difficult to understand the context or historical implications of much of the Bible without having extensive knowledge of the history, culture, original Greek or Hebrew meanings of words/phrases, etc. This may be asking for too much in an audio Bible though, haha.

This morning I heard about an online Catholic Bible study (on Catholic Answers Live) from seekingtruth.net that sounds like it will be exactly what I’m looking for, although I haven’t checked it out yet.
