Okay. What is the acceptable sacrifice to God?
A fragrant aroma

Phillipians 4:18

18 I have received full payment and I abound. I am very well supplied because of what I received from you through Epaphroditus, “a fragrant aroma,” an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.

Please…🙂
In the NAB the description for Psalm 50 is The Acceptable Scarifice, and verse 14 and 23 says you should “offer praise as your sacrifice to God.”

How do you pronounce Baal?

Most protestants would say “Bay’-L” like two syllables

It seems that Catholics would say "Bah-L’ " one syllable

And, for that matter, how about Capernaum?

Is it correct to say “Cuh - per’ - nee - uhm”?

It seems a lot of priests say “Cap’ per naum”

1 Jn 2:22-28

Beloved:
Who is the liar?
Whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ.
Whoever denies the Father and the Son, this is the antichrist.
