Catholic Bible on CD

For some time now, I have been trying to find a copy of the whole Bible on CD so I can put it on my iPod. The only ones I have been able to find until recently are Protestant versions (Which is not the complete bible).

I have found ** Audio Bible New American Complete on CD by Eric Martin** that was published in October. I am wondering if anyone has heard of any more recording of the complete Bible that has been released or will be released. I would love to see the Ignatius Bible done, but only the New Testament has been released.

thanks to all who helped me in an earlier search, I finally found a Spanish Catholic bible CD from the Spanish Bookstore in Chicago

Harmony is only the Print version (I have it). I am looking for Audio.

As for Ignatius, I checked last night and they only have the New Testament.
 
Hi WA, there is another alternative you can try, after you install a free “text to voice reader” on your computer, you simply copy and paste bible text ( or anything else for that matter ) into the display window and simply play it. You can save the files for later use. This is a lot cheaper than the $100 and gives you more flexiblity by finding the text for any bible you can online to use. I often employ this on those “long” copy and pastes in discussion fourms.

The problem with that is I have not the time or patience to do that type of work. I am thinking on placing the order for the NAB this week and I would probably have just enough time to get it on my iPod before I go to Vegas for a conference in April.
 
The complete New American Bible narrated by Eric Martin has just been released on CD. It is available from Ave Maria Radio. Look on the right hand margin of the website just above the Catholic World News update box.

Hi WA, I am glad to hear that you can affoard to purchase an $100 bible. My idea is really for those of us who can not affoard such.

Saw it out there. That is how I got the ISBN to check it out on Amazon.
