I was also surprised to find that the local library (county) has many Catholic books.

I live in a town of about 60, 000. we have some books on Catholicism at our libray, but I am sure a bigger city would have more. a bigger variety of Catholic books probably.

Hello,

I have a question on St. Bonaventure’s writing. How easy is it to read? I have some basic understanding of philosophy. I am a Franciscan looking to deepen my understanding of the Franciscan way of thought.

Another idea I got is if there is a “cliff notes” discussion on his work, this might also help when reading the more direct translations.
 
In my opinion, saints books are very easy to read. Because the saints are simple and humble.
