Catholic catalog--absolutely beautiful

Not sure what section of the forum this belongs in, but…

Have any of you received ‘Leaflet Missals’ at your home? They are the most elaborate, beautiful Catholic catalog of jewelry, statues, wind chimes, books, etc… :extrahappy:

My dd wears a saints bracelet, but something very simple. There are beautiful…I MEAN WOW BEAUTIFUL saints bracelets in here! A solid gold one for $500?? That’s a bit steep, but if you wanted to buy someone special something extravagant…like maybe adult kids could chip in for their mom/grandma for mother’s day, etc…this would be THEE BEST GIFT EVER. Beautiful cross necklaces and saints pendants for men, too. Even Rosary bracelets…in sterling silver, in ‘Tiffany’ style…I am thinking of telling my husband about that one for Christmas.

My dd found another saints bracelet that is around $25 which is so pretty…perfect for her age. I want one.

There are beautiful purity and claddagh rings…and bracelets. Even pro life decals for your car are in here! I am mesmorized by the great things that can be found in this catalog…

I think I will do some of my Christmas shopping out of here for my Catholic family members and friends. There is literally something for everyone. My MIL back in PA says she doesn’t like to receive things that take up too much space, so I’m thinking of an angel windchime for her porch.

Even hoodies that say ‘trinity’ and ‘Catholic’ on it.

Ahhh, I have such fond memories of my childhood, going up to Leaflet Missal once every other month or so, and browsing through all the goodies they had. Just had to mention it. We loved that place and most religious things I own came from that store!

I envy you! I have never seen an actual STORE. Wow…that must have been truly heaven-lee. There are no Catholic stores close to where I live, they are nearer the city…and I rarely go in that direction, so, this is a lifesaver for someone who wants to buy a unique Catholic gift. Thanks for sharing.

I could hardly put it down earlier.

I especially like the medals, and saints bracelets…and did you see the ‘thorns’ ring? It’s a gold ring with the thorns from Christ’s ‘crown’ sort of set in raised gold…really a spectacular piece.

My dd was funny…she saw that they advertise kneelers, and she said that she would like to have a ‘cozy’ prayer room when she is an adult and owns her own house some day…complete with kneelers for guests. lol

Yes - I get one every year about this time. I usually place about a $100 order from them for Christmas. One year I got really beautiful pins (for on a coat or shirt) that was a silhouette of the Nativity with a “star” at the top - they were only $8 each. I got them for teacher gifts. I also bought the Fontanini angel ornament for Godchildren - only $10! I love Fontanini and they have lots of it in there.

Got my new catalog yesterday. Been getting them for about 15 years now.I ordered this for my DD when she was 2 and she sleeps with Him every night. It’s neat to hear her say (when she can’t find Him) “Daddy, where’s my Jesus?”

Oh yes, I am very familiar with Leaflet Missal! I have ordered Crucifix’s, Rosary Bracelets, Books, C.D.'s, Christmas Cards, Christening, First Holy Communion, Confirmation & Wedding gifts. A little bit of everything !

There Great! And so very very nice if you call them. Their website order system has been iffy the past few weeks, but they did send me a nice little book as a “sorry for your trouble” gift We just got our Christmas order in the mail this weekend and I love everything we got!

Never had any trouble with them, and I usually get my orders with in a week!

I love Leaflet Missal! For years the closest Religious Goods store was a distance away and they were very unfriendly when I would go in! I have purchased plenty from them including my Advent Wreath and some years the candles for it - depended on whether I could get them in one of my regular stores or not.

I wonder if my Christmas one is in the mailbox - didn’t check the mail yesterday, well did check but it wasn’t here yet.

For 7 years dh and I were vendor coordinators for our homeschool conference.

The Welvangs made the trek to VA every year so Leaflet Missal could display and sell items. Lovely couple!

They have the best catalog!!
Years ago, my Mama got their catalog at a time when she was looking for a New Testament for me, and everyone was saying, “Oh we never stock those anymore”…Leaflet Missal had a beauty–Confraternity Translation, lovely color art, hard cover w/leather-like binding…
I have loved the catalog ever since. They always have the most wonderful things. I have a beautiful plaque of Our Lady of Guadalupe that I bought from them. Very reasonably priced, and hanging near enough to my computer right now, that I can look over at her.
My biggest problem is that, they have too much good stuff!! All those books!! And the wonderful religious art…
Great people to deal with, too. (Imagine, if you will, this sweet Methodist lady calling them on the phone, & saying, “I want to buy my daughter a nice New Testament, and nobody around here has one; what do you have that might be nice for her to carry in her pocket or purse?”, and the person on the other end of the line explained all about the one she bought, patiently, yet…)
