On the morality quiz, I missed one because I pressed the wrong button. But I really did know the right answer!😦
Correct answers: 39 of 40
Percentage correct: 98%

I only got a 36/39 but one of those questions was a trick question where every choice was a right answer about Mary. I would think being a Virgin and having a child is more special than being a mother which normally would never happen without losing one’s virginity.

Correct answers: 36 of 39
Percentage correct: 92%
Elapsed time: 225 sec
Average time per question: 6 sec

:o

On the Sacraments quiz I scored 38 of 39. I got all the questions right, but must have clicked the wrong box on the one that came up wrong.

On the Morality quiz I got 37 of 40 correct.

A few years ago, I probably would have failed both. Since joining CAF and taking my faith seriously I have really grown in the knowledge of what the Church teaches and why!

Hi,

I took the catholic quiz because I wanted to ess how much I have learned here.
The 1st one(Sacrement) I got 30 out of 39 not bad for never being raised catholic.😃

The next one (Moral)I got 33-39–the ones I got wrong were things that happen in Mass that I am not familiar with.

Of course I had to put answers I didnt agree with but at least I knew you guys did:D 👍

97% on Sacraments and 100% on morality. I got #7 wrong about the Holy Spirit.

What one did I miss?

Correct answers:38 of 39Percentage correct:97%Elapsed time:269 secAverage time per question:7 sec

didn’t do as well on morality and prayer:

Correct answers:35 of 40Percentage correct:88%Elapsed time:273 secAverage time per question:7 sec

39/39, 100% !!

And only 5? Months as a catholic. CA, please contact me at your earliest convenience as you will want to employ my exceptional apologetic services =P.

some of these questions in the moral are not based on rigorous theology, for example, the “Jesus Prayer”? The words, “Jesus Prayer” I have never found in Scripture or Magisterial documents, but, hey, it is the prayer that Jesus gave us, so I said yes! That is not a rigorously theological moral question on prayer., it is a trick question based on assinine liberal tendencies in church culture. I mean if they really want to test true moral theology, they need to get more technical and rigorous

Yes, I agree.

Actually, there is a prayer that goes by the name “The Jesus Prayer” - I teach it to the kids in Catechism. It’s very short -

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, be merciful to me, a sinner.

I have “issues” with 1 question on each quiz, but I’m reluctant to post them here and possibly spoil the quizzes for others.

Do you like quizzes? Try this one. It isn’t too hard, so most practicing catholics should do well.

I got 36 out of 39, so only 92%.

Obviously, it was all the fault of the person setting the questions for phrasing them poorly that I made mistakes - so really I got 100% 😃

Still, 38 out of 40 for the second quiz is better - there was one question which was very poorly phrased 🙂 So let’s call it 97.5% instead of 95% 🙂 Time taken for each question: six seconds in quiz 1, & five in quiz 2 ##
