Hi All,

Does anyone know of an online Catholic gift shop that sells Christmas wrapping paper/bags with Catholic images/icons?

I did a search, but the results that were displayed were Catholic gift shops that offer the option of having your gifts wrapped before they send them out.

I’m just looking to purchase actual Catholic/Christmas wrapping paper, gift tags and gift bags, themselves.
Maybe an online Catholic Stationery store would have them?
I’m not familiar with any.

If anyone has links to these sites (if there are any), would you please post them for me? I’d like to get an early start.

Thanks and God Bless!

Did you want it to be something uniquely Catholic? I have seen regular wrapping paper at stores with the Nativity scene on it. Is there any specific type that you were looking for?

Actually, I haven’t yet come across paper w/Nativity scenes. (At least not here online, that is)
Lately, due to illness, I’m forced to do much of my shopping online.

Paper and bags w/the Nativity scene would be great! As well as paper depicting the Madonna holding the Infant Jesus.

So yes, definitely along those lines.

Thank you and God bless you and yours! 🙂

If you ever get a chance to go to Walmart, I think I did see them there last year. I do a lot of shopping online too (young babies). I will keep an eye out for any 🙂

If you have extra time on your hands, and you think you may be able to go or have someone go one day, maybe you could call your local Walgreens, Walmart, etc and ask if they have any (they may have more later in Dec.).

Also, maybe you can order plain bags and glue on the front a nativity scene printed (maybe on thicker paper) from your computer. If its too plain maybe add glitter or something to make it look nice. Hmm, dunno…

Thank you. That is very kind of you. 🙂

Those are great ideas. I haven’t thought of that. (My creativity skills are practically nil)

It’s tough not being able to get out and about.

God Bless!

Some dollar stores have beautiful gift bags. I just bought a bunch with Our Lady & the baby Jesus. They were 2 for a buck! 👍

gabrielsgiftwrap.com These are really pretty.

I also found Mary and Baby Jesus and 3 Kings at JoAnn Fabrics.

Hi Jennifer,

I e-mailed the owner of Gabriel’s Gift wrap, and he told me that they’re not available this year due to a printing problem.
He said to check back next year.

He’s also hoping to be able to get schools to sell the paper as fundraisers, so I’m wondering if he’ll sell to individuals as well.
I asked him in my “Thank You” reply.

You’re right; the paper IS beautiful!

God Bless!

Hi Sue,

I’ll have to have my husband take a look for me. Maybe he’ll grab a few of the Madonna with Child bags for me.

Thanks for letting me know!

God Bless!

Last year, The Dollar Tree was GREAT, I found gift boxes, wrap and bags - all with “Madonna and Child” images. I still have some from last year - when I find them, I stock up!

Hobby Lobby also has some goregous ornaments with the Holy Mother and Child - I bought several and will give them as gifts (one time of the year I can give non-Catholic family and friends something with Mary on it 😉 )

Last year I looked everywhere for nativity gift wrap. Our local Walmart didn’t have it, nor did Sears, Kohls, Pennys, Walgreens. I was ready to give up when I found it in Dollar Tree and Deals (same company). AND… It was $1!!!

You’re most welcome; hope you have a lovely Christmas!

:)I ordered a beautiful set of Sacred Heart return address labels.
They were a bit pricey, but I don’t order address labels very often, so I decided to let that be my indulgence for this month. 😉
Next month, maybe I’ll get the notecards w/matching envelopes. 🙂

Maybe I’ll ask hubby & the kids to get me a gift card for that site. (My kids are always asking me what I want for Christmas. I usually tell them gift cards for online bookstores) I’d be like a kid in a candy store over at that site! 😃

I like to patronize Catholic businesses whenever I can.

Have a wonderful and Blessed Christmas!

God Bless you and yours!

We have two “Dollar or 2” stores right near us. If I can get out, I’ll definitely check them out.

God Bless!

If you have the time and inclination, you could get a stamp or two and plain white paper. I make cards and I have a lot of beautiful stamps. Michael’s and Hobby Lobby both have lots of stamps in all kinds of price ranges. Stampin’ Up and Close to My Heart have great stamps and sell the plain wrapping paper too. Not cheap like Dollar Tree or Deals, but not more than you spend on the Innisbrook or Sally Foster stuff they sell at the schools.

Catholic Supplies in St. Louis has a great website. I don’t know if they have paper, but they have wonderful gifts in lots of price ranges.

Do you have the URL to Catholic Supplies?
Like I said in one of my other posts here; I like to support Catholic businesses whenever possible. Unfortunately, I don’t know of very many.

Thanks and God Bless!

I usually get in the car and take a ride, but you can just type in Catholic Supplies St Louis and it comes right up.

The store itself is a wonderland. It used to be a furniture store when I was a kid, so there’s tons of space. They sell everything from school uniforms to vestements to books (although for books the Pauline Store in Crestwood has a much bigger selection) to toys and jewelry. I got my grandchildren little Nativity sets made of felt to put on your fingers. I can’t wait to give them to the kids. They have those Willow Tree figures – so pretty. It’s my first stop for Christmas shopping. Deb
