Catholic Correspondence Program for Inmates

 I perform ministry at Charlotte Jail Central and Catholic Ministry at Alexander Correctional Institution.  I am presently ministering to an inmate at Charlotte Jail Central who was not raised in any particular Christian denomination.  He is discerning the Catholic faith.  We have people working with him at individual meetings and also at Bible Study.  
 His conversion is genuine.  He advised me that he has written different schools that offer correspondence degree programs.  He has found a Christian college / seminary in Orlando, Fl.  They offer an Associates Degree and are going to provide him with tuition assistance.  My concern is that this in not a Catholic school and in participating in their program he will be more likely to join an Evangelical Christian Church as opposed to the Catholic Church.  
 Is anyone aware on a Catholic school or institute that offers a correspondence program or courses for jail inmates.  I am aware that Dismas Ministries offers correspondence programs on theology, Scripture and prayer.  I would like to be able to steer him into a program that would engage him.  Thank you.

I would refer him to the chaplain who is in charge of the ministry and cooperate with him.
 
The chaplain of the facility is an Evangelical Christian. My post was a request for information of Catholic Correspondence programs. I am currently working with the Deacon who in charge with Catholic Prison Ministry for the Diocese. This is that we are working on together. Is it appropriate for me not to assist the deacon?
 
I would refer him to the deacon who is in charge of Catholic prison ministry and do whatever he asks you to do.
