30 denoms visited / 30,000 denoms = .1 % of total denominaitons visited. Not really a good sample to make a good assessment.

BTW, I can only go by my city: our church and other non-catholic Christian churches picketed abortion clinics with catholics and have good fellowship.
i dont think there are 30000 denominations in my city. we have a fair amount of them represented, and i went to quite a few. probably 50 percent of those represented. and that number may be a little low. im glad to see the protestants in your community are more open minded though. but again. my experience is far from complete. i cannot tell you the number of paths i explored before coming to knowledge of the truth. Peace 🙂

Why don’t you move to my area; there’s been good co-operation here!!! 🙂

I believe David Miller, a catholic, agrees with Albert Mohler, an evangelical. They both think there’s no chance without one becoming as the other. There’s no middle ground according to these men, if I read them correctly.
I think you are correct, except to say that Mills seems to be also saying (and IMHO is correct in saying) that what we agree upon (Catholics and Protestants) is much, much greater than what we disagree upon.

I don’t think that’s what David and Al are saying. David is saying we won’t converge important beliefs without loosing what we are and joining the other side. Sad but the way discussions go here, I think they are very correct.

To bad we’ve added things that, IMO, are not important to God.

massachusettes? i used to go up to townsend, to pick up at the sterilite plant. also i used to stop in lee. exit 2 off of the turnpike. used to be a good truckstop with a great restaurant there. beautiful state. lots of history. especially in the townsend area. kind of a tough place to drive an 18 wheeler though…lol! Peace 🙂

We lived in Lee while I was going to Bible School.

We live a little east of Lee.

wow! us20 runs through there if im not mistaken, correct? my memory is a little fuzzy. been awhile. the truck stop was right off the turnpike, looked like a big red barn. the fuel stop was still there last time i went through, although the main building was shut down. used to have great food. had to wait out a blizzard there one winter. peace 🙂

We’re way off topic, but maybe we’re trying to disprove Dave and Al. 🙂
