What is your opinion on Catholic deliverance ministries? They don’t seem to have been around long, are they legit?

I only know of one and it’s the one I am involved with, the St. Pio Center for Deliverance Counseling. There may be others I don’t know about.
I am not sure what you are asking by asking if it is legit; I can tell you the SPCDC really exists and they really help people who are not eligible for solemn exorcisms, but have issues of demonization. Everything they do is done within the rules of the Church.
