Catholic Digest or Catholic Register?

My grandson is selling magazines. Which one is a better magazine Catholic Digest or Catholic Register?
 
CAtholic Digest seems to have turned around again after a brief swing to the kookoo side. They have returned to a CAtholic content rather than an eclectic choice of articles from non-Catholic sources.

The two have different purposes. CD is just that a digest, compilation of articles from other sources, usually based around a theme for each issue, with some regular features. This month the theme is stewardship, and by the way it is an excellent issue on this topic.

national Catholic Register is a weekly newspaper reporting on Catholic news around the country and from the Vatican, with some stories of international topics of interest to Americans.
 
I had this similar question I have three copies of the Catholic Digest that a friend passed down to me…and well…I asked a couple of message boards from other sites what their thoughts were on the RD…and a good amount of catholic prefer the catholic register over the catholic digest in fact all the replies from one site and the other site I go to…every one said they would not recommend RD they have good stories in there but some of the stuff is objectable/questionable…

i had alot of good remarks on the catholic register which I have just ordered…and also there was good remarks about envoy…
