They’re hosting the conference that close to Steubenville and they don’t have anyone from FUS as a speaker to talk on Catholic identity?

Has the local bishop where the conference takes place, or any bishop, endorsed the 2013 conference, or an earlier conference by this organization? Is this sponsoring organization in communion with their own local bishop, or recommended by any bishop?
It is noted that the priest saying Mass is a member of the FSSP, which I’m sure is in communion with the bishops and the Holy See.
But I am just asking about the project as a whole.
