Catholic-Jewish wedding question

Though we are not formally or officially engaged and he has not asked my father or me yet, my boyfriend and I have pretty much decided we would like to get married someday. I am Catholic and he is Jewish, though mostly just culturally.

I’m wondering if there are any religious or even just cultural rules about not having Communion or a full Mass if half of those in attendance are Jewish? Thank you for any assistance you may provide on the matter!
 
The general rule is that if one of the parties to a marriage is not Catholic then there is not a “full Mass.” There would be the opening prayers, readings, homily, exchange of vows and final blessing.

Often in such situations the couple applies to the Bishop for a dispensation from canonical form and has their wedding in a neutral location with just some basic prayers and exchange of vows.
