Catholic Answers Magazine 🙂

EDIT: Just to add, a lot of Catholic magazines have gone to digital/online only in recent years (Catholic World Report, Crisis Magazine, etc.). Catholic magazines were always a niche market to begin with. With more people turning online for news and such things, magazines and newspapers in general have been struggling and Catholic magazines in particular. So there’s not too much left to choose from if you’re looking for print subscriptions.

Not a magazine, a newspaper: The National Catholic Register. It’s one of the few Catholic newspapers that’s completely faithful to the Church, with no unorthodox leanings or unjust criticism.

If you’re a liturgy fiend (like myself), you may be interested in the Adoremus Bulletin. It’s published by Adoremus Society for the Renewal of the Sacred Liturgy.

Otherwise, the Knights of Columbus publication Columbia is nice.

Hi, does anybody know any Catholic magazines I can subscribe to?
There are many Catholic magazines.

What country are you in? Subscribing to something from another country will be expensive and giving you names of American magazines, for example, if you are in the UK will not be helpful.

Is there some aspect of Catholicism that you are most interested in? Some magazines have a more spiritual focus, some provide more news and commentary, some focus on social issues or missionary activities. People can provide better ideas if they know what you’re looking for. Would you prefer something with a few in-depth articles or something with more but shorter articles?

My favorite Catholic magazine is “St. Anthony Messenger” – I have been subscribing to it for YEARS – read it from cover to cover every month – can’t recommend it highly enough!!!

I LOVED Faith & Family, but it merged with Catholic Digest, which is good, but not the same. I still subscribe to CD.

There’s also the Ligourian, St. Anthony Messenger, Our Sunday Visitor, and a few others.

Thanks everyone for all your replies. I am looking into your suggestions to see which I can and would like to subscribe to.

I am in Switzerland and I am interested in one which focuses on spirituality and which sort of focuses on family matters (articles for parents for example). Basically anything that helps in my vocation of marriage.

Well I go for the more TLM leaning magazines.

Latin Mass Magazine - 4 times a year - nice in depth articles- lots of color.

The Remnant - biweekly newspaper type

Catholic Family News - monthly newspaper type

The Angelus - put out by the SSPX
