rayerbooks, rosaries, and pro-life pamphlets are a common sight outside Planned Parenthood’s massive facility in downtown Denver, but this year, local organizers of this spring’s Forty Days for Life campaign decided that one last piece was missing to bring the light of Christ to the country’s second largest abortion facility: the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

The idea to celebrate the Catholic Mass in front of Planned Parenthood came from Fr. Joseph Hearty, Assistant Pastor at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in nearby Littleton, who felt that it was time to “pull out the big guns.” It was, he told LifeSiteNews, an inspiration from the Holy Spirit.

Did you read the article? The Mass was celebrated there in Denver CO. What is not to trust? This was a real event.
I don’t doubt that it was a real event… I just prefer more neutral news sources. There are plenty of other Catholic oriented media and publications that manage to be neutral.

I don’t like to see a headline that says “Homosexualist agenda at it again.” or “Abortionist baby killer…”

I’m pro-life and traditional family too… But the headlines on lifesitenes reek of bias. Its not real news. Its bias. 🤷

That is a magnificent picture in that article, the priest doing the Consecration in plain view of the Planned Parenthood killing fields, a place where babies are being torn apart in their mothers’ wombs. God bless all who were involved in this great event. And it was a Traditional Latin Mass on top of it! How I wish I could have been there. This gives us something here in New York City to shoot for. There are 89,000 abortions in this city every year, over 40% of all pregnancies end in abortion and in the Black community, there are 3 abortions for every 2 live birth. We need this desperately.

Amen! That is indeed, a wonderful photo. I would have loved to have been there too.

Amen!

The tone of the website notwithstanding, I feel obligated to point out that there is no such thing as neutral, objective news reporting. The idea that any part of the media is capable of neutrality is a strange mythology Americans seemed to adopt some time during the 20th century. Even when a news outlet goes out of its way to moderate its tone when reporting, it still has to decide which stories get coverage (and which are ignored), and who gets to comment on the issues.
