This is the parody of the church, and can be in any normal size parish.
Do not forget. The masses in the ancient times were celebrated by the bishops, in Churches for the whole diocese. This is the true concept of the mega-church. The breviarium hagiographies list for the ancient popes their ordinations, usualy more bishops that priest, e.g. recently St Sylvester (314-335): He held seven Advent ordinations, and made forty-two Priests, twenty-five Deacons, and sixty-five Bishops of various sees.
Even in the turn of the second millennium St Stephen the Hungarian King ordered that every ten village should build one church. That were megachurches too, large enough to hold several hundred people in the time when a village was 20-50 family.
The concept of the meg-church is the clergy living together and serving large areas, not the guitar or something like that. There was talk about it in the good old times, and there is a certain tendency toward that now.
