Ok. I believe in all good things, and yes, the good we can do
Is acknowledged, and I believe in all those questions. I
Have accomplished one thing, mass or not, my strong faith
And belief in what the church stands for. I have great respect
For that, and I even have a better understanding of it. I talked
To a priest that was here last year, and when we talked, there
Are times I peppered him with questions about different things.
I know more about the church and what things mean. For example.
I was so disturbed about the church not offering people of another
Religion communion, we get visitors from other faiths. I was
Angered, only a special blessing iis offered, the priest I used to
Talk to told me, after a long vent, that they only do the special blessing
Because some faiths don’t believe that they wafter we use as the body
Of Christ is the lord’s body according to the church, some of them don’t
Believe that this flat host is the body of Christ). I never knew that, but
It makes sense. I hope this helps you see where I’m coming from.

Sorry, but I have to go. Love to my brothers and sisters, despite our differences. Besides, unapproved personal revelations are no longer allowed within the Church. It is a good thing that this rule didn’t apply to the apostles or early Christians. So much for a perfect Church. God bless everyone.

Yes, but we have to do our part too. It took a long time for me to arrive at my conclusion-and now I feel like I’ve slipped if I miss Mass.

The consistent teaching of the Church from the beginning, based upon Jesus’ own words which he prefaced by “VERY TRULY, I say to you…” is that the Eucharist is the Body and Blood, the eternal flesh of Jesus which is our food and drink to nourish us with eternal life.

These words need to be taken very seriously because Jesus intended them to be. None of the saints questioned or denied the significance of the Eucharist. It is the wedding feast of the Lamb of God. Those who eat this bread and drink this wine worthily will live forever.

The only place where this food is available is at the Mass. You need to attend Mass. Jesus would not tell you to starve yourself by not eating the food he generously provides.

I love the Church that our Lord Jesus Christ gave to us.
The Doctors of the Church on prayer remind us that feelings should not be what we react to, as regards to faith, for feelings cannot be trusted.

Holy Mass is the source and summit of our Catholic Faith, and Jesus comes to us truly present in Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity.

Whether we “feel” His Presence or not, my faith tells me He is there. What better companion can we desire than Him!

I just can’t get passed annulment, as I said, are court documents proof enough? That’s what I keep asking myself. If you have any knowledge on marriage annulments fater divorce, feel free to mention it. I’m welcoming all opinions and comments.

Christ tells us – verbatim! – that divorce isn’t an option, but, if the marriage wasn’t legal in the first place, then there’s no problem with civil divorce and a subsequent valid (Church) marriage.

So, all the annulment is, is the Church saying “there was something at the time of the wedding that was missing, such that the marriage was never valid.”

In other words, annulments do what Christ told us – no divorce unless the marriage wasn’t valid in the first place.

Marriage was instituted by God in the very beginning, and made a sacrament by Jesus. Marriage is specifically of religion from the very beginning!
 
I’m glad to see that you are able to go to mass.
I wish I could be like that, but as you have read.
I just am not meant to go, we follow our hearts,
And the lord loves us, we will not go to hell or
Be condemned unless we do really devilsh
And evil things, all he asks is for love and
Say thank you when something comes our
Way, we are able to live our lives any way
We want.

Rules provide a subtle sense of security for some people. If I do something because I should want to do it, it is not much different than doing something because I want to, regardless of the “should”. Of course, then it gets tricky because those who don’t attend Mass regularly are doing what they want to.

Having an aesthetic problem with the liturgy and the attitude of one’s fellow parishioners leads me to reflect that my heart is rather hardened. It would be hypocritical to deny it. It would also be foolish not to try to overcome it.

Ok, here it is. I’ve had on and off hospitalizations due to very
Bad uninaeyvtract infractions, for a tear or so on and off, but last
Year. I was hospitalized 5 times, 2 were minor ffor observation, one
Was bleeding problem, and 2 were bad UTI. Well. I
Have to say. Jesus really was there for me. I had my highly
Religious,bthat added to my positive attitude helped me. I would
Recive communion in the hospital, and I’d see the priest who goes to both of the hospitals to give blessings, last rites God for idn, or just to talk.
Jesus really took care of me, it’s as if he was there holding my hand land telling me I’ll be ok, that is how super strong my faith is. Thank goodness, with
His help, the doctors found an antibiotic that controlled whatever bacteria
That made me hospital sick, and there was a miracle, at one time, everyone
Thought I’d end up on Dialysis again. I’m a kidney recepisnt , and it’s
Been 11 years at the time of the kidney scare, but achugecmiracle, after
Hardly any, to no urination, the doctors and Inwere losing hope, but one
Night out of the blue, UTI e was in the bag, divine intervention, I was sure
I’d need Dialysis after the hospital stay. Man. I will never be able to thank Jesus, the Angels and saints who watched over me last year, the time if the scare. I was in the hospital for a month. I was in ICU for 2 weeks. I just know
Having faith really helps, add a positive attitude, which lasts for only so

I don’t go because I disagree with the church on lots
Of things, for example, as an adult. I noticed that the church
Has people do things that are in my opinion hypercritical.
I’ve seen churches hav people hold hands to say the Lord’s
Prayer. I know I can skip that, but then I feel like some people
Will think I’m horrible for not doing it. I also disagree with their
Views when it comes to gays. I also know they don’t condone the
Death penalty, however. I would ask, if someone had killed a
Loved one, and you are so angry and want justice, would they still
Disagree with the death penalty, or could they administer the death by
Pushing a button, and certain death reels up, and within minutes
The fugitive is dead. I’d love to know the reactions. I have other
Places where I disagree, and going to church woulden’t feel the same.
