Greetings,

I am stationed in Babil, Iraq with the US Army and have not seen a Priest since Pentecost when I was in Kuwait. The base here is rather obscure and I think Mass is said here bi - monthly.

I am wondering if anyone knows of a good Catholic Podcast. I have already downloaded the EWTN ones, and was wondering if anyone had suggestions for a good one.

Father Thomas Loya, pastor of Annunciation of the Mother of God Byzantine Catholic Parish has a wonderful weekly podcast, Light of the East Radio, about the Eastern Catholic Churches.

Fr. Tom has a strong connection with the Body of Christ in Iraq (Assyrian, Chaldean and Syriac Catholics). I think those few Catholics who have remained in Iraq have relocated to Mosul. If you are ever able to be in that area I hope you can worship with them, although their liturgy won’t be in English

On an entirely different note is Busted Halo.
