No Catholic who wishes to attend college on a now government-only student loan will be free to speak or act because Big Momma will cut 'em off. All the student activists of old will be a thing of the past as the purse strings are held by anti-Catholics. This is THE choke point of the Gramsci Communists, the slow death squeeze of the constrictor. Scholars and professionalis will tow the line or else. In Communism’s bad old days they just went in and killed the town priest, pharmacist, doctor…Now they shackle them with the government student loan. Good Shepherd, deliver us from lukewarm Catholics, diabolical schemes and bring us to Your abundant life and eternal happiness with You in Heaven in righteousness.
 
I don’t take student loans. They put you in debt right off the bat. So as a student, it’s a non-issue for me.

He’s saying that since the government has taken over the student loan business in toto, students who have these loans may feel that they cannot speak out against the government or they will lose their loans. Whether or not that happens is up in the air.
