I wasn’t sure where to post this, Spirituality seems appropriate.
I am looking for some specific pieces of art but if you have links to online Galleries of traditonal Catholic Artwork they would also be appreciated.
Particularly I am looking for medieval frescoes and icons, etc that depict the earthly liturgy of the mass surrounded by the heveanly liturgy. One of Cardinal Ratzinger’s books mentions that one exists but I am at a loss to find it.
I have found “The Disputation on the Eucharist” by Raffaello Sanzio but this is inappropriate for my needs.
I am NOT interested in any contemporary imagery.
Any pointers and shared links would be much appreciated.
