Doing the jornery of faith since January and going to Catholic church regular been trying diftrent prays and is it ok for me to do the rosary I’m still lreaning the different mystery prays , but has a protestant wanting to convert at easter my question can a protestant do the rosary

Anyone can pray the rosary. Please do pray it as often as you like. I prayed the rosary when I was a Protestant. I firmly believe that those prayers help me through my conversion.
 
Yes of course! Some Protestant groups regularly pray the Rosary, and people of all faiths can do so. It will bring you very close to Our Lady and Jesus. There is plenty of info online as well as YouTube about the mysteries.
 
It’s okay to pray the Rosary in a jumbled up way, such as when you don’t yet know the mysteries. If you want, you can even ignore the suggested format and focus on whichever mystery you feel called to contemplate that day. Alternately, you can screenshot a Rosary prayer guide on Google or download a Rosary app that you can refer to rather than memorizing the mysteries.
 
It must take a lot of practice to think and speak at the same time or do you speak the pray then think of that mystery,
 
It is like holding our Blessed Mother’s hand, while she is taking you through many events of her Son’s life. 😀
 
Everyone does it differently. Sometimes you might even find yourself using different techniques. For example, sometimes I’m able to contemplate the mystery while saying the Hail Marys (usually when I have some free time and am not stressed). At other times I might say the Hail Marys then contemplate the mystery, or say the Hail Marys while contemplating an icon of the mystery, or I might read some commentaries or Scripture verses related to the mystery. And sometimes I may just say the Hail Marys quickly without concentrating much on the mysteries.

The thing about the Rosary is that it’s a very personal prayer, a communication between you and God, in which you should feel free to express yourself. Don’t ruin your Rosary experience by stressing about whether there’s a right way to pray it.
 
It can take some getting used to if this is a new prayer method to you (and it usually is for many Protestants). With a little practice, you’ll get it. The “secret” is not to worry about fumbling over the actual words of the Hail Marys, etc. They’re more intended as a background rhythm. If you lose count or miss some words, not the end of the world. Get lost in the mysteries of God.
 
I prayed the rosary for a good 6 months before I ever attended my first mass.

I think it’s a very good way to help with conversion.
 
I prayed the Rosary all through RCIA and some back when I still considered myself a protestant. My spiritual life was majorly transformed through meditating on the mysteries. I honestly don’t think I would have been prepared to enter the Church without it.

The prayers form what Buddists call a mantra – they put you in a receptive state for meditation.

First time I prayed the rosary I was still a protestant. I will tell you to get a good app, or rosary book. It helps you. Also, find a very quiet place and take your time. The rosary isn’t a “pray really fast and get it over” prayer. It is a contemplative prayer. Meditate on the mysteries. I feel lost without the rosary now.
