Catholic Spirituality?

As long as we’ve established that this is all just your own personal opinion, and that the Church and religious orders regularly use the word “spirituality” in the context the OP used it, then that’s fine. You would seem to have an opinion that’s very much in the minority though.
 
If you go to the website’s of many orders they use the term charism. Just because it’s a term that to you is not used as often doesn’t make it incorrect.
The term “charism” is used quite often. “Spirituality” and “charism” are just not the same thing.

I was just reading this article by Fr. Prager yesterday. He does a good job of explaining what the charism of his order is and how that shapes the spirituality of his order.
