Catholic Subscription Box?

It seems like “subscription boxes” are quite a popular thing these days. Where you can sign up to receive a box full of items once a month or once every few months, such as food, books, makeup.
I was wondering, does anyone know if there are any Catholic (or even Protestant Christian, but Catholic preferably) subscription boxes out there?
I think it would be great! I can imagine having a catholic book inside them, with holy cards, a rosary or medal, small statues, anything like that to get which would help us in our spiritual lives.
