Catholic Vs. Baptist Beliefs???

Hi there,

Could anyone give me a legit Catholic site on apologetics listing the differences between Catholic and Baptist beliefs? It’d be great to list them here, too, if possible.

I have a Baptist friend who wants to become Catholic, and he asked me to explain the fundamentals of the Roman Catholic faith. I figured the best place to start is to shed light on his original beliefs. He wasn’t a zealous Baptist, but I’d still like to know a little background 😛

It’s also hard to decipher which sites are of Catholic origin.

Two other great apologists, former Baptists are Jimmy Akin and Steve Ray, both have websites:

I know you can email them with specific questions, but their web/blog site cover may of the tops in question

Another great place, at least I think so, is Scott Hahn’s Salvation History website. It has online Bible studies that really delve into Catholic theology in a real and practical way. Tell your friend I am PROUD of him! I was once a Baptist as well.
