Catholic working at hospitals

Can a Catholic work at a secular hospital? I know someone who works for an anesthesiologist. His job is each day go in and set up the carts
the anesthesiologist needs for surgery’s. Knowing that somewhere down the line one of them set ups might be used for, let say a tubal ligation can he still keep the job. How far removed from something evil before your cooperating with it?

What a Catholic cannot do is participate in any inmoral procedures carried out at the hospital they work at.
You should have the excemption put in writing in your contract to avoid issues later on.
