This is a breakthrough–I’m publicly stating I’m an introvert to thousands of people I don’t know. 🙂

One thing I love about the Church is that people are encouraged to use the gifts they are given. Having said that, I still feel guilty that I don’t become more involved in my local Church because I’m uncomfortable socializing with people I don’t know very well.

Any other introverts out there?

Introvert here.

I find that I do not like to impose myself on people. Online, they can easily choose to ignore me if they wish, so my introvertness is not so much a limitation.

Extreme introvert. But life goes on …

I have found that reading and ushering at Mass aren’t impossible for an introvert. I’m actually even starting to enjoy both of these now.

Actually an extrovert who doesn’t have time to be an extrovert, and is forced to be an introvert by my extroverted children.

Ever try writing? Perhaps you can contribute to your parish’s newsletter…

God made each of us perfect to do the work he calls us to do. If his plan called for you to be an extrovert, he would have made you that way. Besides, the world would be dull and boring if we were all alike.

You would LOVE Eucharistic Adoration. It’s just you and the Lord, in silent conversation.
