Catholics and Yoga: Is it okay?

Hi there,

I love listening to CA on Podcast every day on my way to school.

My question is regarding Yoga; should we as Catholics avoid it? I know that partaking in Yoga could open us up to influence of eastern religions which, essentially, reject everything we believe as Catholics and their gods are basically idols. I guess I’m wondering if it’s possible to be safe and do Yoga? What does the Church say?
