Catholics, do you believe the Holy Spirit indwells and works in Catholics only?

I thought about putting this in the Sacraments section, but I decided it should probably go here. I’m looking at a different forum where this belief is attributed to Catholics. A couple of Catholics don’t like it very much. So what do you think? Do you like it or not?

Do you believe the Holy Spirit only indwells and works in Catholics, or does the Holy Spirit also indwell and work in non-Catholics?

This could easily get into a discussion on the sacraments, and I’m ok with that if everyone else is.

God indwells in the baptized alone and works in the unbaptized and the baptized alike. The former is the soul’s share in God’s Nature and the latter is the Omnipresence of God.

No. Remember the fellow the Apostles reported to Jesus, saying this guy isn’t one of us but he’s out there (casting out devils) healing people (in God’s name)? What did Jesus reply? Lk 9:49-50

It seems consistent to say that all good comes from God ultimately, thus if there are others out in the world doing good things it isn’t unreasonable to think the Holy Spirit could be at work there also. Another thing to consider is what brings the sinner to repent and turn to God? Is that not the Holy Spirit at work? It’s not only Catholic sinners out there who feel that tug.
