Certain Conscience and Invincibly Erroneous conscience

I know that every invincibly erroneous conscience is a certian conscience. But I heard that not every certain conscience that is in error is invincibly erroneous? Can someone explain that to me? Thanks.

Have you checked the CCC 1776-1794?

If so what is the real problem?
