Certain Protestant churches and confession

Does either the Evangelical Covenant Church or the Evangelical Free Church of America offer confession? The Lutheran Church does.

Though I’ve never seen an offer for private confession as they typically do corporate confession at the beginning of the service, I’m pretty certain that if you asked an ECC pastor for private confession, they’d be shocked at the request, but would happily do so.
 
Apart from Anglicans/ Lutherans, private confession is offered, no doubt, in the pastoral acts of many Protestants churches.
