Chalice Requirements

Perhaps it was cloisonné (not sure if I’m using that word correctly?).

This is an ancient technique to decorate metal by covering it with enamel. The result is very beautiful.

Google it and see if this is what the chalice was like.

I Googled it and yes it definitely could have been cloisonné if that material feels ceramic because the chalice I held did.
